I realize this is an old posting, but do you remember how long you were able to use the Jackery at your craft show? I'm planning to take my F1 to a craft show in September and don't want to get a battery that won't last the whole day. Did you find you wished you had the 1000 instead of the 500?

I am discussing it with myself.. I have a Bosch orbital sander and I use it constantly. I have gone through three velcro pads. That equals the cost of the sander... I hope the festool last longer.

WHERE in the world can you find material settings for the F1U?? Xtool has NOT added the machine it their materials setting website page - Limited settings in the XCS materials library - EXTREMELY Frustrating! oh! and I DID NOT RECEIVE MY SAMPLE MATERIAL PACK!

Is it possible to do a dtf transfer on these leather patches and then heat press the patch on the hat? This will be my first time making hats excuse me if this is a stupid question lol thanks for any info

The aluminum to melt down is probably worth that, lol and much better price than Sakars website listing of $40 some or Amazons 20 some! 😂 Also, went to go check the sand paper link, and you didn't put a space between end of link and Merch: so it just ends up taking to Amazon home page. (I copied and edited it to get there, but thought you might want to know so you can fix for affiliate link revenue.)

I don't have/use TikTok so don't see those ads, and while that #1 is useless for intended purpose, but for $6 could make a good sci-fi costume for like a space suit or something, lol

With that said, all of the video reviews I see here on RUclips are very well done, including this one. No offense, but the problem I have is that the reviewers have either received a "free" Ultra, or they get a kickback of some sort. Since the live reveal of the Ultra, I have searched far and wide for a 100% unbiased review. So far, I haven't found any. The only negative comment "in print" that I have read said that LightBurn can be used, but is not fully functional on the Ultra. LightBurn appears to be the preferred industry standard.

I think the reason people do not use is that there is no hold down for stock. Having to use a gripper with it increases the investment. To me, it looked a little wonky with smaller pieces.

What's holding me back right now are the price tags. Also, I emailed xTool customer support asking if they will be selling the Ultras on Amazon. The IR laser will also work on the S1 correct? If im not mistaken, i believe that head will allow you to engrave most metals?

Hey, I’ve seen some people stain before and some after hanging the beam. Any reason you chose before? Asking because you have to fasten the beam, then fill and putty the hole. Does the stain hold after that?

If you don't care about looks, this stuff is awesome, if you want a clean look, buy the sticks of aluminum. I'm yet to see a system that looks good with this stuff. -Sincerely a dude that sells pneumatics for a living.
